The short version
- This website sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device.
- No ads, no trackers, no analytics, no sign-up forms.
- The only information we get is what you choose to send us in an Instagram DM.
- The photos are illustrative — they aren't ours and don't show our members.
What this website collects
Nothing, directly. The site doesn't use cookies, local storage, analytics, advertising pixels or third-party trackers, and it has no forms. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so loading a page doesn't send your details to Google Fonts or anyone else.
Like every website, the server that hosts it may keep short-lived technical logs — such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested — to keep the site secure and working. We don't use those logs to identify or profile anyone.
When you DM us on Instagram
Applying happens on Instagram, not on this site. When you message @buildfor.bharat, we see what you send — usually your name and handle, what you're building, links or photos of your work, where you're based and what you want from the circle.
We use it only to review your application and to talk to you about Build for Bharat. We don't sell it, and we don't share it with advertisers or sponsors. Instagram's own privacy policy covers how Instagram handles your messages.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time what we have from you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — just DM @buildfor.bharat. The circle is for people aged 20–30; we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Links to other sites
Buttons on this site open Instagram. Once you're there, Instagram's terms and privacy policy apply, not ours.
Image credits & takedowns
The photographs on this site — the builders, the close-ups of work, and the Pune and café scenes — are illustrative placeholders collected from the web. They are not ours, they weren't taken by Build for Bharat, and the people in them are not members of the circle. All rights remain with their original owners. Café and place names visible in photos don't imply any partnership.
If you own one of these images or appear in one and would like it credited or removed, DM us and we'll act on it quickly. We'll replace them with our own photos as the circle grows.
The Build for Bharat name and logo are ours. Fonts are Poppins, Caveat and Rozha One, used under the SIL Open Font License.
